Overview

The Interactive Developer at Fi implements Next-Generation graphical user interfaces. Although the projects at Fi range from small promotional sites to larger software applications, this role is primarily focused on campaign and microsite projects, demanding highly developed graphical skills, ensuring outstanding quality in the execution of animation and motion.

As a Senior Interactive Developer at Fi, you will get the opportunity to create unique, world-class interactive experiences for marquee brands.

The Senior Interactive Developer is an expert within the field, spearheading the interactive implementation and ensuring that the look and feel of the final product is polished to the Fi-Quality level. The Senior role also involves mentoring and training of other Interactive Developers, taking part in the planning phase of multiple projects, establishing and maintaining high standards within Fi as well as participating in the recruitment process and maintaining client relationships. Shaping the company is a natural and important responsibility of the Fi Senior Interactive Developer.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• You are a mature and professional person
• You have a good understanding of usability
• You are driven to lead an interactive team and propel Fi forward
• You are extremely passionate about interaction and usability
• You have excellent animation skills and experience of After Effects in conjunction with Flash
• You have a portfolio site or examples that clearly demonstrate your abilities for this position
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have extensive knowledge of Flash and Actionscript
• You have several years of commercial development experience, particularly with campaign and microsite projects
• You have leadership and people management qualities
