Java Software Engineer

Overview
As a Java Software Engineer you will be designing and implementing back-end components for large-scale web applications that are state of the art when it comes to stability, scalability and data optimization. You will be a key player within our back-end team working on the media platform projects, contributing your hands-on software engineering expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. You will also interact closely with our front-end developers, providing the server-side foundations that enhance the possibilities of creating seamless user experiences.
As an FI Software Engineer, you are detail-oriented and extraordinarily passionate about problem-solving. Like the rest of us, you are a creative and communicative person who is comfortable working as part of a team.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in building server-side components for large-scale web applications
- In-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE, with at least 3 years of commercial development experience
- Experience in working with Hibernate, Spring framework, Java application servers (preferably JBoss) and Maven
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Merited Experiences
- Experience in Apache CXF, ACEGI Security, Open source technologies, IntelliJ IDEA
